Important: Soul Tuning offers complementary wellbeing services and is not medical care. If you are in crisis, contact your local emergency number (e.g., 112 EU, 999 UK, 911 US/Canada) or a crisis helpline. By booking you agree to our Terms, Refund Policy, and Client Agreement & Consent.

These Terms govern bookings and use of our services and website. They should be read together with our Refund & Cancellation Policy and Client Agreement & Consent (which form part of these Terms by reference), and with our Privacy Policy.

1) What We Offer

​

  • One‑to‑one sessions in Sound Healing (tuning forks), Energy Healing, and EFT (tapping), including distance/online sessions.

  • From time to time, we may also offer classes, workshops or events (see Section 7).

 

2) Not Medical Care

​

  • Sessions support wellbeing and personal growth. We do not diagnose, treat, or prescribe.

  • If you have medical or mental‑health concerns, please consult a qualified professional.

 

3) Who We Work With

​

  • Services are for adults (18+). Work with minors requires written consent from a parent/guardian and their presence unless agreed otherwise in writing.

  • We may decline or defer sessions where a different level of care appears more appropriate (see safeguarding pointers in the Client Agreement & Consent).

 

4) Booking, Payment & Confirmation

​

  • Book and pay online via the Book page. Payments are processed by Stripe.

  • By completing checkout you agree to these Terms, the Refund & Cancellation Policy, and the Client Agreement & Consent.

  • You will receive an email confirmation (a durable medium) with key details.

 

5) Rescheduling, Cancellations & Refunds (Summary)

​

  • Time windows and fees are set out in the Refund & Cancellation Policy.

  • Please refer there for the step‑by‑step process (how to request, response times, refund method and timing).

  • Packages and vouchers: see Section 6.

 

6) Packages & Gift Vouchers

​

  • Packages: for one named client; not transferable unless agreed in writing. Unless stated otherwise, packages expire 6 months from purchase. If you request a refund, any used sessions are deducted at the standard single‑session rate and pro‑rata refunds are handled under the Refund & Cancellation Policy.

  • Gift vouchers: valid for 6 months unless otherwise stated; not exchangeable for cash. Lost/stolen vouchers cannot be replaced. Where a statutory right to a refund applies, we will comply with that right.

 

7) Classes, Workshops & Events (if applicable)

​

  • Event details (date, location, inclusions) will be stated on the event page.

  • Ticket transfers: you may transfer your ticket to another person by emailing us within the timeframe stated on the event page (or, if none is stated, at least 24 hours before start time).

  • If we cancel an event, you may reschedule, receive credit, or obtain a full refund of the ticket price.

  • Cancellations and any partial refunds otherwise follow the Refund & Cancellation Policy.

 

8) Digital Content (Downloads/Streams)

​

  • If/when we offer downloadable or streaming content, you may choose immediate access at checkout. If you do so, you will be asked to consent and acknowledge that once the download or stream starts, you may lose the 14‑day cancellation right.

  • If you have not started a download/stream and request a refund within 14 days, we will handle your request under the Refund & Cancellation Policy. We verify non‑use via platform logs (e.g., download counts and timestamps).

  • Faulty or not as described: we will repair/replace or refund if we cannot remedy the issue.

 

9) Session Lengths (guide)

​

  • Sound Healing: 90 minutes

  • EFT: 60 minutes

  • Energy Healing: 60 minutes

Session times include brief check‑in and close. Late arrivals may reduce time; see Refund & Cancellation Policy for no‑shows and late‑arrival rules.

 

10) Your Responsibilities

​

  • Share relevant preferences or sensitivities.

  • Arrive on time and sober.

  • Use your own judgment about what you wish to share; you can pause or stop at any time.

  • For online sessions, join from a private, quiet space with a stable connection; do not participate while driving or performing tasks that require full attention.

 

11) Outcomes

​

  • Everyone’s experience is unique; we do not guarantee specific results.

 

12) Confidentiality & Privacy

​

  • We keep your information private except where we have a legal or safeguarding duty to disclose (e.g., risk of harm to self/others or court order).

  • We process personal data (which may include health‑related data) per our Privacy Policy and applicable data‑protection law.

  • See the Client Agreement & Consent for more detail on confidentiality and safeguarding.

 

13) Intellectual Property

​

  • Website content, materials, and resources are for personal use only. Please do not copy, adapt, or distribute without permission.

 

14) Misuse, No‑Shows & Fair Use

​

  • We may refuse service or terminate accounts in cases of suspected fraud, abuse, or repeated last‑minute cancellations/no‑shows that materially affect operations.

  • Where a session is terminated due to behaviour that compromises safety or professionalism, refunds follow the Refund & Cancellation Policy.

 

15) Complaints & Feedback

​

  • Please email us if you are dissatisfied. We will acknowledge and aim to resolve within 10 working days.

 

16) Changes to These Terms

​

  • We may update these Terms from time to time. The version and “Last updated” date are shown at the top of this page. Changes apply prospectively from the update date.

 

17) Limitation of Liability

​

  • Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded under law.

  • Subject to the foregoing, Soul Tuning is not liable for indirect, special, or consequential loss, loss of profits, or loss of data.

  • For paid services, our total aggregate liability arising out of or in connection with any session(s) is limited to the amount you paid for the session(s) giving rise to the claim.

 

18) Governing Law

​

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales. If you are a consumer residing elsewhere, you may have additional mandatory rights under your local law.
