What I collect

​

• Booking details: name, email, phone.

• Session information you choose to share (goals, preferences, sensitivities, relevant health context).

• Payments: processed by Wix. I do not see or store full card numbers.

• Basic site logs (security/anti-spam).

• Email list (optional): name, email.

 

Why I collect it (purposes & legal bases)

• Book, confirm, and deliver your sessions - Contract (Art. 6(1)(b)).

• Take payment and send receipts - Contract (Art. 6(1)(b)) and Legal obligation for accounting/records (Art. 6(1)(c)).

• Reply to enquiries - Legitimate interests in running my service (Art. 6(1)(f)).

• Send optional news/updates - Consent (Art. 6(1)(a)); you can withdraw any time.

• Security/anti-spam logging - Legitimate interests (Art. 6(1)(f)).

• Health-related info you share during sessions (if any) - Explicit consent (Art. 9(2)(a)); used only to support your session and you may withdraw consent (processing up to withdrawal remains lawful). ICO+1

 

Who I share with (recipients)

• Stripe (payments). Stripe may act as an independent controller of payment data for some activities — see Stripe’s Privacy Policy/Privacy Center for details. Stripe+1

• Website & email providers (hosting and email delivery) as processors acting on my instructions.
  I don’t sell or rent your data.

 

International transfers

​

Some providers may process data outside the UK. Where that happens, I use appropriate safeguards (e.g., IDTA/SCCs or participation in recognised frameworks) to protect your information. ICO

How long I keep it

​

• Bookings / session notes: up to 7 years (admin/records and tax).

• Emails/newsletters: until you unsubscribe or ask me to delete.
  I may keep limited data if needed to meet legal obligations or resolve disputes.

 

Your rights

​

You can access, correct, delete, restrict, object, and withdraw consent (for consent-based uses). To exercise these rights, email tina@soultuning.studio..
If you’re unhappy, you can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) in the UK. ICO

Children

​

My services and website are not intended for under-18s. I do not knowingly collect children’s data. If you believe a child has provided information, contact me to delete it.

Security

​

I use reasonable technical and organisational measures appropriate to the nature of the data (e.g., secure hosting, access controls, encryption in transit). For payments, Stripe applies its own security controls. Stripe Docs

This site currently uses essential cookies only (e.g., to operate the site and support payment/security). If I later add analytics or other non-essential cookies, I will ask for consent and update this notice. ICO
