Below, you’ll find the different Soul Tuning session options. Each session has its own focus, rhythm and feel, and can be chosen individually or combined depending on what feels most supportive for you.

Reiki-based intuitive energy healing can be gently woven together with EFT or sound healing to create a calm, trauma-aware experience that supports relaxation, emotional balance and reconnection.

 

​Multi-session packs are available for those who would like ongoing support over time. They offer a spacious, layered approach, allowing the body and energy system to settle and integrate gently. You’re welcome to begin with a single session and move into a pack later if that feels right.

​

Gift vouchers are also available if you would like to offer someone a gentle moment of rest, care and reconnection.

 

In-person Soul Tuning sessions are currently available from two locations. Wednesday sessions are offered at Synchronicity Centre in Dinas Powys and can be booked and paid for online. Sessions at The Health and Wellness Hub in Cardiff are arranged individually by request.

 

Online sessions are available, so you can receive support from the comfort of your own home. For online sound healing and energy healing sessions, we’ll briefly connect beforehand to check in, and afterwards to discuss anything you noticed, felt or experienced.

 

Home visits are available in certain parts of Cardiff. If you’d like to check whether I can travel to your area, or if you have any questions, please get in touch.
