Reiki-based intuitive energy healing is a gentle, non-invasive practice that supports relaxation, emotional balance and a deeper connection with yourself.
This approach combines Reiki with intuitive energy work, allowing each session to be shaped around what feels most supportive in the moment.
Rather than following a fixed protocol, I work gently with your energy field, your body’s responses and any intuitive impressions that may arise.
Sessions are held in a quiet, comfortable space where you can fully relax. You remain fully clothed and may receive light touch or hands-off energy work, depending on what feels right for you.
During or after the session, I may share gentle intuitive impressions, such as emotional themes, energetic patterns or areas of the body that seem to be asking for care. You are always welcome to share what you are experiencing, but there is no pressure to talk.
Tuning forks can also be integrated into energy healing sessions where appropriate. The sound and vibration can help deepen relaxation, support the chakra system and create a more immersive healing experience.
In-person sessions are available from a calm, welcoming space
at The Health and Wellness Hub in Cardiff. Online sessions and home visits are also available where suitable.

If it feels supportive, I may share gentle intuitive impressions after the session. These may include emotional themes, energetic patterns, colours, images or areas of the body that seemed to be asking for care. You are always free to take what resonates and leave what does not.
Can energy healing bring up emotions?
Sometimes. As the body and energy system begin to soften, emotions or memories may gently come into awareness. We move slowly and respectfully, with space to pause, ground or stop if anything feels too much.
Is energy healing suitable if I feel anxious, sensitive or overwhelmed?
Yes. Sessions can be adapted to your needs. We can keep the session very gentle, use grounding throughout, and avoid anything that feels too intense. You are always in control.
Can energy healing be combined with sound healing or EFT?
Yes. Energy healing can blend beautifully with tuning forks, sound healing, EFT and meditation. Sessions can be shaped intuitively around what feels most supportive for you.
Can energy healing be done remotely?
Yes. Distance energy healing sessions are also available. Some people find remote sessions very calming because they can receive the work from their own home. The session can be held by video, phone, or with quiet time agreed in advance.

How many sessions might I need?
Every person is different. Some people feel a shift after one session, while others find that a short series of sessions allows the work to deepen and settle more gently. You are welcome to go at your own pace, and we can check in together about what feels most supportive.
Do I need to be sick to receive energy healing?
Not at all. Energy healing can be supportive during difficult times, but it can also be a gentle way to check in with yourself, release tension before it builds and maintain a sense of inner balance.
Can energy healing support grief, change or emotional overwhelm?
Energy healing can be a supportive companion during times of transition, loss or emotional intensity. It offers a quiet space to rest, be held and reconnect with yourself without needing to explain, analyse or fix everything.
Do I stay fully clothed during sessions?
Yes. All sessions, whether sound healing or energy work, are done fully clothed. You’re welcome to wear comfortable clothing that helps you feel relaxed and at ease. If we use tuning forks or gentle touch, it’s always with your consent and over clothing.
What might I feel after a session?
Everyone’s experience is different. You may feel calm, peaceful, lighter, clearer or more grounded. Some people feel pleasantly tired, emotional or reflective afterwards, especially if the session has brought awareness to something that was ready to soften.
Is there anything I should or shouldn’t do afterward?
After a session, it can be helpful to give yourself some gentle space. You may want to drink water, rest, journal, take a quiet walk or avoid rushing straight back into anything demanding if possible. It's best to avoid alcohol, caffeine, or intense stimulation as your system may be adjusting, and gentle is best.
